Admissions

If your child is under 3 years old and you would like to have a place in our School Nursery, then please contact the School Office to collect an admission form. The form needs to be completed and returned back to the School Office accompanied by the original Full Birth Certificate, proof of Baptism (if this has taken place) and proof of residency, (this should be a recent utility bill). If you are allocated a place in our Nursery you will be contacted by the school, usually in April for September start and October /November for January start depending on the numbers/places available. A NURSERY PLACE DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR CHILD A PLACE IN RECEPTION.

RECEPTION (STARTING SCHOOL)

If you wish your child to start in Reception you will receive a form from Sefton Admissions with a unique number and you must apply online for a September start. You will be again be asked to provide the original Full Birth Certificate, proof of Baptism or completion our Supplementary Faith Form, together with proof of residency, (which should be a recent utility bill). Sefton Admissions Team will inform you if you have received a place in April.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP US INFORMED OF ANY CHANGE TO YOUR ADDRESS OR CONTACT DETAILS.

IN YEAR TRANSFERS

If you want your child to be admitted to any other year group you must contact In Year Fair Access, School Admissions Team on 0151 934 3590 and you will be informed if there is a place available.  Please see below the new updated, In Year Admissions Policy from Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council.
