Ancient Greece Comes Alive for Year 5!

Today, our Year 5 children brought their History topic, ‘The Ancient Greeks’, alive with a brilliant workshop packed with drama, creativity and sport.

The children explored the world of the Greek gods, stepping into character for their own performances. They also made Greek plates, took part in Olympic sports and learnt about democracy, discovering how the Ancient Greeks have influenced our lives today.

With so many opportunities to get involved, the workshop gave the children a memorable way to explore their topic. Lennon summed up the excitement perfectly:
