Wellbeing at St Monica's
Wellbeing Day -
Friday 7th February 2025
On Friday 7th February, as a whole school we had Wellbeing day to celebrate Children's Mental Health Week. We focussed on positive affirmations, being in the green zone and being positive. Mr Gouldbourne delivered an assembly to our whole school introducing affirmations and what makes us in the green zone. The theme for Mental Health Week is: "Know Yourself to Grow Yourself."
We completed different activities in our classes to promote positive wellbeing with our peers. Look at what we got up to below!
