Our Year 3 children at St Monica’s have started their exciting musical journey with the recorder! They enjoyed their very first lesson, learning how to hold their instruments correctly, position their fingers and produce their first sounds.

There were lots of new skills to practise, and the children showed great enthusiasm as they took their first steps towards becoming confident young musicians. We can’t wait to hear the wonderful tunes they will be playing as their recorder skills develop!
