As part of our PSHE Being Me in My World topic, Year 5 took part in some fantastic discussions about our rights and responsibilities in school.

The children explored why rewards and consequences are in place, how they make us feel and how our choices and actions can affect ourselves and others. They discussed the importance of taking responsibility, treating others with respect and making positive choices.

We also considered how rewards and consequences help us learn from our experiences and grow into responsible members of our community.
